I’m so excited to not only have finally finished the cover page and chapter divider designs for my first major graphic novel, “Time Tourists“, but to also have put it all together into something approaching a final draft! It’s almost ready for print! I’ll be keeping this new version up on the site for a little while longer, but you should read it now while you still have a chance! Because once this baby goes to print, the freebies are coming down and that book will be up for sale!

Is there any more loathed character in all of fiction?

A bit more concept art for my next graphic novel project. I love dinosaurs so much, it’s a shame this next project will mostly involve them being horribly killed 😦

I’m making all my old comics I made in school (and, eventually, as a kid!) freely available to the public. You’ll find them in the ‘Graphic Novels’ section of the page. I’ll be starting with my personal favorite of these oldies “Grasshopper Vs. Ants”.

And here is another drawing I did during Fan Expo.

I’m not really sure what made me originally come up with this idea, but it all relates back to this colour illustration I made as an entry in the ” Stan Winston Dinosaur Drawing Competition” in 2013 while I was in the hospital. Even when I was getting a bone marrow transplant I was still drawing!

This guy is a bit of promotional art for Ultraterrestrial #2 I did during its launch way back at Vancouver Fan Expo this year. It seems to be one of the more popular design elements of the story with the fans, AND designing it helped rekindle my love of drawing horrific monsters! I hope these guys show up more in future issues of Ultra.

This was almost based on a true story.

The first thing you gotta do when you get a new sketchbook is decorate the crap out of it! That’s pretty easy to do when it’s a cute little mini moleskin like this one. Finally I found a micro sketchbook to fit in my tiny purse. Now wherever I go, whenever I have to wait in a stupid lineup or for a doctor’s appointment, I won’t be bored!
