In this, the 2016 season finale to my groundbreaking interview podcast series, I interview the Toronto artist being the webcomic, Robot Hugs.
I promised them we’d keep it pretty light, but we kept getting dragged back to heavy topics like hatred on the internet, trans visibility, using comics to explore mental illness, allowing those emotionally close to a social justice issue to rest by being a good ally and fighting for them, creating online content in the age of clickbait, and answering people by meowing like a cat. We also talk about the origins of Robot Hugs, as well as making paper models of dinosaurs!
