The ‘Equisterm’, or ‘Horsetail’ has been around for-friggin’-ever.

It’s Spring in BC and that means there’s horsetails growing everywhere. It absolutely blows my mind that I can be doing research for my upcoming dinosaur graphic novel by looking at a live freakin’ specimen of a plant that was alive during the Age of Reptiles! Horsetails were here looong before we were, and as with the dinosaurs, they’ll likely be here long after we’re gone.
